Cross country

For the past couple of weeks in Te Ngahere we have been doing cross country training.
So what we have to run is the field over the pump track and around the court twice.
I am not too good at running well that's what I think because I didn’t get that much of a good times.
When I did the track on the first time me and my friend got 15:34 because me and my friend walked
it all the way.
